Attention: Has anyone seen July?

It's August 2nd already and I have no idea where July went! We shot 2 weddings in the last few weeks and if you haven't been over to the Facebook page yet to check them out, then I'll give you a little peak.

Margaret and Matthew were married on July 20th which also happened to be her grandfather's birthday. The Mount Vernan Country Club in Golden is such a beautiful venue. You can see where they had their ceremony outside where it over looks the mountains. Stunning, completely stunning.



With over 300+ days of sunshine a year, Colorado always gives us beautiful weddings!





Margaret's dad is so happy walking her down the aisle!




Their officiant was wearing a top hat and he was so much fun!

The Last Spring Wedding

Happy summer! We're 6 days in and counting and so far we've had some hot days in Colorado. 100° is creeping around the corner and besides the fact that I don't have air conditioning in my house, I'm ready for it!

Sydney and Scott's wedding was the last of the spring season this year and my goodness was it beautiful! They were married at Terrace Gardens at Dove Valley in Centennial. There was a lovely gazebo outside that we got wonderful shots of the couple and some of the bridal party.

As a photographer, there is nothing like sharing in an event that brings so much happiness. The joy is contagious, the love is contagious, everything from the day stays with you for so much longer than after the last dance is over.

Spring Weddings!

Last week I had the pleasure of tagging along with Andrea Flanagan Photography to a wedding up at Boettcher mansion in Golden. It was an amazing event; the weather was wonderful, the ceremony was beautiful and there's nothing like being a witness to a wedding. I couldn't help getting a little choked up when the couple exchanged their vows even though I didn't know them. I feel so lucky to have been there and immensely grateful that Andrea let me tag along. Final pictures from Chautauqua

I finished a final edit on Brittany and Kyle's photo shoot up in Boulder last week! Seeing the images reminded me of how beautiful the weather was that day. It was amazing!
